The food is top notch with different kinds of homemade pasta. If you could get a table with the lake view, you have signed for a most beautiful meal with a spectacular view. Left this place with stomachs full and extreme satisfaction. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.
Nice, tipic restaurant. Cozy atmosphere and soleful food. I recommend the ravioli with spinach and the trio of dumplings. both are cooked with the best butter and cheese. As for sweets, try the omelette with cranberry, it is a must. Can be busy, so maybe call before.
Stopped here to escape rain and sat on the porch. Great views despite the chill. Servers were efficiently friendly. Prices as expected for the area and we did enjoy our lunch. The interior was warm and cozy - not sure what the wait was for that we were just hungry from a long hike and wanted to eat asap!
Nice place, people were friendly, food was good. Nice view on the lake. Prices seemed correct.
I only had coffee here as they were closing - staff were nice and the views are amazing! Five stars as they didn’t turn down my request for coffee and access to the rest room.
Delicious lunch - seating on the deck in Aus shine with views oh the lake and mountains- to die for Tasty Spaetzl and veg dumplings
Spaghetti ragu - 5 stars Tasted homemade. Sauce was phenomenal and addictive. Must order. Goulash - 4.5 stars Savoury and tasty, generous with the beef. Good paprika notes. Broth with dumplings - 4.5 stars Delicious broth. Veal - 4 stars Potatoes were nicely cooked with good flavour. Veal steak was slightly overcooked, likely from the fact it was quite a thin slice. Sausage with fries - 4 stars Pretty standard sausage but fries were served hot with good seasoning which is half the battle won. Black forest cake - 4 stars Could do with more kirsch soaked cherries. sponge bit dry but overall cake was good. Service was great. Our server could speak at least 3 languages and was attentive. Ambience amazing given that one could see the emerald green lake while eating lunch.
Unfortunately, we only had time for a Kaiserschmarrn and coffee, but both were absolutely delicious! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went out of their way to take photos for us, making sure we got the perfect shot. This place is truly unmissable for a photo stop-beautiful surroundings and a great experience. We’ll definitely come back for a full visit next time!
